
Friskies has launched Certified Frisky on the Field, a promotion tied to U.S. Men's National Team (USMNT) soccer matches that will give away 1 million cans of wet cat food and donate meals to shelter cats.
Running May 31 through July 19, the program triggers a giveaway each time a USMNT player scores a goal. Friskies will post a "Certified Frisky Alert" to its Instagram (friskies) and TikTok (friskies_us) accounts within 30 minutes of a goal, during which time fans can claim a free $10 coupon for Friskies wet cat food through the MyPurina app, while supplies last. The first USMNT goal of each match also triggers a 100,000-meal donation to cats in shelters located in match cities.
